If you are a user who has purchased a subscription product from a source other than our online store, and you wish to renew your annual license, please follow the instructions below.

For users who purchased from a reseller :

Please contact the reseller from whom you purchased the last time.

For users who purchased directly from Baby Universe

If you purchased directly from Baby Universe sales representative, please contact that person again. Or you can purchase a new license from our online store.
If you choose online purchase for this time, the new ID and authentication key will be issued automatically from our management system. Please note that the number will be different from the one you currently have.
